We live on one of the outer islands and required transportation to and from your shop to our marina in Sidney which was very beneficial and greatly appreciated. From the time I walked in the door until I picked up our vehicle you felt like you were their only customer ... very friendly and accommodating ... even arranged for the rental car to come to their shop and drop it off there after .... you don't see a lot of customer service at lot these days but Boyd's at Sidney get a 10/10.

Thanks to the folks at Boyd's Autobody & Glass in Sidney. A couple of years ago I was rear ended. Car was fixed no problems until in December I discovered a pool of water in my trunk. Off to the company who fixed it only to find out they were no longer there and in it's place was Boyd's. Worried what to do next, Chris said they can look at it and see what they can do. Well they not only fixed the leak they also honored the warranty with the previous owners. Not to many places would do that so Great job!

Estimate done while I waited, final repair cost was within estimate and very nice work! Repairs took a day longer than estimated for minor body damage but otherwise perfect service. I will recommend this shop to my friends.

I really appreciate how much the team at Boyd's helped me. I was pretty bummed out when my car was hit, and the team at Boyd's made me feel much better and far less stressed out. Michele was pleasant and very helpful throughout the whole process. Setting up the appointment for checking the damage, setting the date for the work to be done and calling me a day before the appointment as a reminder. She also coordinated with the rental company for me to rent a vehicle and made sure I was able to pick it up within my time frame. The work on my bumper was very well done and it looks great. I was very impressed with their service from beginning to finish and would recommend them a 100%.
