Had my glass vacuum up and put plastic for a temporary repair until parts arrived. The receptionist at the same time offered me a fresh cup of Java during my wait time. I went to get an estimate on some front bumper damage. Rowel checked it out and was able to snap the bumper back in. He confirmed there is still damage but I'm okay to use the vehicle without the $3000 repair. Very happy about this.

They went out of their way to provide me with their courteous and professional service. The paint job on a panel of my was exceptionally well done as I could not distinguish a difference in its colour tone from the rest of my car. I am grateful to a staff member, AJ A., for his professional advice and for driving me to and from Boyd Auto on Henderson Highway (to drop off and pick up my car). I am also grateful to the young lady at the front desk who was so helpful in making my request for service "paper work" so easy and effortless.
