BC - 103 - 2031 Malaview Ave, Sidney - 1/15/25

This shop was amazing. My car was the victim of a hit and run, so I did not feel very motivated to do all the effort to get it fixed. I live on a small gulf island, so any appointments would be a pain. Fortunately this shop went out of their way to fit my schedule as well as they could. Even though my car was an older model and could have been written off, they went the extra mile to find the parts. On top of all of that, they did a totally professional job, even though this is just my work vehicle, and to be honest is in rough shape. They still took the time to do an amazing finish on the repair.

AN ACT OF KINDNESS: Vehicles beyond a certain age are not normally repaired due to the unavailability of parts. Our 2002 truck fell into this category. The kind and skilled folks at Boyd's in Central Saanich repaired the truck in a most efficient and ingenious manner, well beyond our expectations. They accepted nothing more than a hand shake and a smile. This is a true 5 star body shop, run by an excellent staff. Thank you Boyd's!

I just had an amazing experience at Boyd where a group of extremely polite, respectful and skilled individuals fixed my car's bumper perfectly and quickly. I recommend this business to anyone needing car body shop repairs. I will definitely return here for any future repairs. AWESOME!

I was amazed how the made my 2009 Ford focus look like it was before the front end crash caving in my front fender and bump,. They could not get the parts because of the age of the car 2009. They did a great job, you would never know that a replace greated. I would recommend taking your body workt o Boyd's on 6th street in Burnaby.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received at The Boyd Auto body & Glass - Burnaby / 6th St. They repaired my car after a minor accident and did an amazing job restoring it. The paint matched perfectly, and the bodywork looks flawless. The team was friendly and knowledgeable, keeping me updated throughout the process. They completed the work ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto body services! Outstanding service. I couldn't be more satisfied. My sister inadvertently backed into the side of my car making a noticeable dent. Without an appt.. the friendly staff at Boyd Autobody promptly repaired the dent , no charge. Impressive!!

Unfortunately I was involved in a car accident where no one was injured but the rental car I was driving needed repair. The car was taken to Boyd Autobody and Glass. Unfortunately, I had left a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses which I have had for sometime in the rental car. I contacted Stan M. who turned out to be the General Manager. He said he would find them and sent them to me at no cost. Business is not just a job it is the ability to respond to customers with "small" things. To my mind this is a sign of excellence.
