Mike and team provide excellent customer services that I trust. I went there recently to have a broken windshield replaced for a Honda minivan. The team was able to get the part ordered and job well done sooner than I expected. They even went extra step to have adjusted a door that is not closing properly. What a caring and skilled team there! This is probably why I have been going there for years.

MB - 2405 Pembina Hwy, Winnipeg - 12/22/22

Had two of the door weather seals detach after washing vehicle. As it's minus 22 Celsius and I don't have a heated space, I went to Boyd on Pembina, Winnipeg to see if they could fix. After a cordial greeting, the attendant suggested he would take the vehicle in and have a technician look at it. About 10 minutes later it was reinstalled with no charge! What great treatment for a senior at this time of year who also happened to be on a tight time frame. Very impressed with the professional, business like manner in which they dealt with me. definitely a 5 star review--my driver's side window/frame was hit by a big falling branch during the snow a couple of weeks ago. I contacted the Richmond location the morning of discovering the damage. I was able to take the car in at 2:00 pm on Nov.29th (other place said they could not even look at it until the 16th of December. The staff vacuumed the entire interior --removing glass and checking the child care seats to ensure no fragments remained. The driver's window was secured with heavy duty plastic. The staff phoned me on Thursday to say ICBC had approved the repairs and I had an appt on Monday the 5th of December. A rental car was at the shop and the staff transferred the 2 baby/child car seats to the rental car. I got a call on Thurs. Dec. 8th saying the work was done.....I picked up my car --the staff again transferred the car ... seats again ensuring they were secure. Wow - such an excellent job ---every part that needed to be repaired/replaced was perfect along with painting of the areas. I have no knowledge about cars, but what the staff were able to do gave me peace of mind. I would highly recommend this business to anyone who, unfortunately, needs their services read more

Jeremy A. and the staff were instrumental in getting you a five-star rating when I had my vehicle in for repair a couple of weeks ago, and Jeremy just earned you another excellent rating today. A piece of trim, probably not even associated with the work that was done, happened to come loose a couple of days ago. Jeremy not only took it into the shop and popped it back in place himself, but he also noticed that my tire pressure warning light was on and checked the pressure in all the tires to make sure it was to manufacturer's standards as well. In future, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else if I need any work done.

Boyd's repaired the front of my SUV which included the replacement of one of the light components (Cost approximately $900). A portion of the light failed about 9 months after the warrant expired. Carl N. the Manager, went out of his way and was able to get the supplier replace the light component at no cost. Thank you!

I am sending in this feedback before my car is even repaired because my experience has been beyond expectation from the start. They called me within hours of my claim and had me booked in for an assessment that same day. I showed up for my appointment to get the car fixed and they had a loaner car gassed up and ready for me to go. I was in and out and on my way to work in less than 10 minutes. Unbelievable.

Boyd's Auto Body restored my Honda Fit to a condition better than its original one. They even repaired minor damage that was not part of the work for which they were being reimbursed. Peter Smith provided exceptional customer service and is a key reason I have returned to this auto body shop more than once for repairs. He was thorough in explaining the work that needed to be done and made good on all the commitments that were made. I know I can expect the very best quality of work from this repair shop and they have never disappointed. Hats off to all their mechanics and technicians and a heartfelt thanks!
