Today I went in for a simple glass chip repair on the windshield. Fix was completed complimentary (no impact to my insurance) while I waited about 15 minutes. Will continue to use Boyd in the future. It has been a long time since I have been so impressed with any type of service that I have received. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I loved the fact that you were able to arrange everything for me and all I had to do was show up. Everyone I dealt with was exceptional. My wife and I went to the US from Jan 26-Feb 07, 2023. We parked our 2022 GMC crew cab truck in a paid, video surveillance hotel parking lot on Wellington Street for the duration of our trip. Upon our return we were shocked to discover our right, rear window had been smashed and our winter jackets and gloves were gone. As we are rural residents 2hrs from Winnipeg the window hole needed to be closed with plastic or similar material. Given that the time was late afternoon we knew finding the help we needed could be a challenge. As we departed down route 90 we noticed a Boyd Autobody shop on our right. I stopped in and was greeted by a friendly gentleman that listened my problem. A lady behind him at a desk overheard and came up to the counter and quickly suggested they could help. I gave her my keys and the truck was patched up in 20 ... minutes for no charge. We were very disappointed that we would be subjected to urban crime, certainly not feeling very positive about Winnipeg at all but Boyd succeeded in restoring our faith in the good of at least some people. We never did any business with Boyd but certainly wouldn't hesitate to do so in the future. Thanks again Boyd autobody!! read more

It was my very first experience in Canada with an auto body company. I bought my car recently and went to this place to fix my registration plates. They offered an impressive service and I did not have to wait for a long time. The front desk associate took care of everything and they did not charge me for the service. I was so impressed and highly recommending this location for all your auto body works.

Had glass vandalized on my Jeep Wrangler. Recommend to go see the manager in North Battleford. Stop in and she looked at my vehicle and order the glass. Was called 2 days later to have it installed. Impressed with the service, at outstanding 5* location to deal with. My vehicle was returned washed and cleaned. The same day. Thanks for the efficient service to have this done.

I rarely give 5 star reviews not unless it's well deserves. I was absolutely impressed with the amazing service I received from Catherine in North Battleford. Her drive and uplifting positive attitude is amazing. My 2015 GMC truck was a $27,000 mess. I'm still uncertain how a truck repair could come out this good., replaced the whole left side. I never once was left in the dark, I always received calls from Catherine and or the new Bubbly CSR. I just want to tell everyone this is the place to go for repairs. Thanks again

My new Santa Fe was in a minor crash, I was highly recommend to go to Boyd AutoBody. The manager took the time to look at it and explained the repair and assessment process. I was greatly appreciative of her ability to get my car in and out in one day. They repainted the car parts and called me to bring it in. A nice man gave me a ride home and picked me up the same day. My car was delivered and all cleaned as promised. Wow so impressive of the Manager in North Battleford Thanks

Catherine and her crew at NB Boyd Autobody are "FANTASTIC'!! We had hit a deer in early morning Oct 26, but were able to drive to our destination. SGI determined the car a write-off, basically said take our offer. Then put us on ignore, did not respond to emails or phone calls. Catherine went to bat for us .... received permission to repair our car. Our beloved 2013 Dodge Journey (bought in Jan 2022 looking brand new and 60,700 kms) looks pristine again and still has lots of travelling left to do with 66,100 kms. We've christened the car 'Joannie Jett' in honour of Catherine who "Raised a Little He\\' with SGI for us. She was always upbeat and diligent in her communications with us. And she and her staff truly exemplify wonderful customer service and top quality workmanship. If we ever require autobody work again, it will be at ... Boyd's. Thank you again Catherine!! read more
