The customer service was excellent. The work was both booked in and completed quickly. I was surprised by the speed and the fact that everything went so smoothly. Everyone I dealt with at the Maple Ridge branch was polite and professional and very helpful. I recommend them without hesitation.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars- some people go to work for just a paycheck and some people go to truly help others and do their best. I was so stressed out because my skid plate was broke half off and skidding on the road. My car means so much to me as it is my late father's car. I was at work upset and emailed them for an estimate expecting a call back the next day. TWO minutes later Adabi called me and asked me some questions and told me to bring it by so he can take a look and give me an estimate. After work I got there and he took a look and gave me an estimate and booked me for next day service at their other location because that's where their technician will be. I asked him if I would be fine for one more day of driving and he came out with me to double check. Next thing you know Adabi is on the wet floor next to my car and ... taking care of the problem. And to top it all off he kept asking me if I had anywhere to be because he didn't want me to run behind. I didn't even need the appointment for the next day. I am so grateful and happy for the service. He was so friendly the whole entire time I was there and really took his time and made me feel welcome. Definitely, anything I ever need I will be back in the future and any and all my friends and family will be given my highest recommendation to go there. Thank you SO much Adabi, you really made my day 100% better. read more

Great service with very professional staff. JB took care of my car and was very communicative and helpful. Issues that arose during the repair process were dealt with professionally and with integrity. The Boyd team worked hard to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work and I appreciate that. Everything was done on time and I was provided with a clean loaner car. Would recommend this place for auto body work.

Darci at Boyd Autobody went over and above the call of duty. Our vehicle is a 2008 Toyota Camry with very low KM. We told him how much we wanted to keep this car and he made it happen. Never mind the amazing job they did on the repair and our car was gleaming as they detailed the interior as well. All the staff is friendly and professional and I would highly recommend Boyd. Fast reliable service, had my door repaint due to a scratch, everything looks exactly the same, Darcy been a great help, I also had the same good experience before in Burnaby with Kevin. Overall I had no issues with Boyd.
