Awesome team !!! these guys delivered Total Customer Satisfaction !!! special mention to Kelton and Sheryl for providing great customer service, good communication from the start and not even a week getting my car fixed (already waited 3 mos. from two body shop i went first) also thanking my friend who recommended you guys, which definitely i'll pass to others too, they also clean the interior of my car! why only 5 stars? i'll give you 10 stars for exceeding my expectations! Unfortunately I have has to take my truck in a few times now. Each time service has been excellent! Front office is always kind and knowledgeable, Darcy is honest and knows how to do a quote (and stick to it), truck is always so clean when I pick up (even for tiny jobs). Jobs are very well done! They always work with my shedual. Highly recommended!

I wanted to say that I was very impressed with Keith F. and his excellent customer skills. He kept us informed about the status of the repair work and explained clearly how the process would work about getting a rental car and all the other details. Everything was just as he said. The front end staff were very courteous and helpful. This is the third time we have needed to use Boyd in Abbotsford and each time they were consistently good at fixing our cars .

I took my 2008 Honda Civic in to get painted due to clear coat issues and also to get some repairs done on my car. I had everything explained to me as well as updates as the repairs were being done. The service was impeccable!!! No words can describe how I felt when I picked up my car today it looked brand new. The staff did an absolutely amazing job on my vehicle. I highly recommend them for any autobody or painting work for your vehicle. You won't be disappointed.

I had my brand new vehicle for one week when somebody rear ended me at a stop light. As you can imagine, I was very upset about the damage to my brand new vehicle. The staff at Boyd auto body walked me through the entire process and were kind and compassionate. When I picked my vehicle up, I couldn't even tell there was any damage done to it. The service was excellent and the staff all gave fantastic customer service. I recommend this location to anyone needing body work after an accident. Thank you so much for making a sad situation a lot easier to deal with.

they did an exceptional repair on my vehicle and then some which shows the business has a very knowledgeable and experienced staff who take pride in their work to promote and gain customer satisfaction. Reception office and staff were very friendly and briefed me on all info I should know. I was also given courtesy car for a few days. I would recommend this business to anyone. GREAT JOB GUYS.
