I can see! Not only do I have my own car back, but Boyd staff cleaned the windows, inside and out, and vacuumed the inside of the car. I almost feel embarrassed about the shape my car was in when I brought it in (both outside damage and inside clutter), but now I'm just happy at the quality of work, above and beyond the call of duty. My new bumper has been painted to match the sparkly finish of the rest of the car, and nobody needs to know it's the second time around. Except I do want to tell people about the service at Boyd - outstanding! Thank you, Lori

Recently, I had to take my Ford Ranger pick-up truck to Boyd Autobody & Glass in Abbotsford after I was involved in an accident. I was helped by manager, Larry McKenzie. Mr. McKenzie's level of customer service and professionalism was outstanding. He was able to have my truck repaired right away and he provided me with a courtesy vehicle. The repairs to my truck look great!! Thank you for your help.

I was rear ended a few weeks ago and took my CRV in to Boyd for repairs. They were very professional, helpful and thorough. I was provided with a loaner vehicle which was very helpful as I needed to get around. They did a wonderful job repairing my vehicle and I was amazed that I had it back in my possession in less than a week. It looked like new again and was washed and vacuumed. It looked so great it almost made up for the disappointment I felt about the damage to my almost new SUV. The gentleman who I dealt with was Larry McKenzie. I hope you realize what a valuable associate you have working for you as he went out of his way to make me feel like a valued customer.

I have never been treated so good at a service center before. I walked in and the girl said last name,I told her and Larry whom I had been dealing with on the phone for 2 days knew who I was right away. My car was washed and vacuumed to perfection [and it was a mess before I brought it in] thank you to whom ever did that for me. In addition to my glass repair which was excellent the body shop also was able to polish out where my front of my car rubbed up against a barrier and straighten out my license plate. I am extremely happy with the service I was given in both the auto body and glass shop. I would highly recommend this location. The staff and management are knowledgeable and very professional.
