I was really impressed with the service at this location that certainly exceeded my expectations. I had to come first thing in the morning for them to take pictures of my car so they could order the parts and as I was on my way to work and running late, they allowed me to park it there for the day and pick it up on my way home. I was not expecting Boyd to clean my entire car for me either, they cleaned it inside and out, and I'm pretty sure they did a wax job as my car has never looked so shiny. The recepetionist also sent me pictures that were taken of my car so I can send in a claim for the damage with the city of Winnipeg, Over all a GREAT experience.

The Staff are excellent at this locaiton! They looked after me from start to finnish and did a wonderful job. I have gone to other Boyd locations in the past and they were fine, but this location is fabulous!! This location should be the model you base all Boyd Operations on.

I was greatly impressed by the office staff ( Cherryl) very friendly and knowledgeable. Window was replaced quickly and the car was also washed and floors cleaned. Would recommend this location to my friends Thanks again for a job well done.

Just wanted to let you know what great service your shop in Dominion Centre provided over the last couple of days I know most people just mention it when they get bad service but your people took great care of me. There was a little problem with my car after they replaced a window and the power steering wasn’t working. As it turned out it was only a fuse that may or may not have blown because of the repair work but your staff went out of their way to fix it even towing the car to another shop where they were better equipped to deal with it at no extra charge I know the woman who helped me out today was Cheryl but also was well looked after by Melissa and Rhonda (I think) yesterday

They were great! When my 1970 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia got a crack in the windshield they were able to source a new windshield when I thought it was not even possible. The repair went very smooth and I got the car back the same day I dropped it off to have the windshield replaced. The technician who worked on my car did an excellent job. All of the front line staff were friendly and answered all my questions to the fullest. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Dear Manager, I just wanted to pass on a word of praise concerning one of your employees - I believe her name was Melissa (young with blonde hair). I was a customer at your location today for a simple service of filling a chipped windshield. I left my vehicle for the day, and when I was called to come pick up the vehicle around mid-afternoon, I was informed that the work could not be done for a certain reason. I did not accept the reason given, and had considered it to be a miscommunication. I made my dissatisfaction known, From that moment onward I was somewhat perturbed and was frankly an upset customer. We want to let you know about the absolutely amazing service we received when getting our window repaired last December. The service provided by Jason D went far beyond what we would expect. - At 5 min to 6pm, after coming down to make arrangements for service on the broken window, our car wouldn't start. Jason provide assistance by listening to the problem and suggesting appropriate solutions, he investigated towing options for us, and most importantly, was patient and sympathetic. - After getting the electrical issue solved @ Ace Auto Electric, we brought our car back to get the window fixed.
