Kino, provided excellect customer service and support when I brought my daughter's vehicle in after she hit a deer. He and the repair people quickly got the car road worthy where the body was damaged and set us up with a proper alignment with another shop in the same parking lot. Brought my car in this morning for repairs to the bumper and side panel. The gentleman inspecting my car did a thorough walk through and even offered to buff out scratches that weren't on the claim. When I walked into the Boyd Autobody & Glass shop with a minor issue of a burnt out break light I needed it repaired quickly that afternoon as my grandson needed this vehicle for his driver's road test. The General Manager, Kris Korney, came to my assistance immediately and replaced the bulb. It may seem quite trivial but to my grandson it was imperative that the vehicle was road worthy for his test. I have never been treated so professionally for such a minor repair. He is an asset to the company and I will always recommend Boyd Autobody & Glass.

Yet again I find myself at Boyd Auto body in Maple Ridge due to being rear ended last Friday. When I called to ask what to do, Sue was amazing!! She told me to bring in my Escape & that Branden was available to take a look at it right away. Branden was super professional, called a guy out from the shop to take a look & he (sorry I didn't catch your name) calmed my fears, about driving my vehicle for a couple of days. It must have been my 'lucky' day, because Branden had received a cancellation for the following Monday & was able to fit me in, with a courtesy car!! I was kept up to date during the week my vehicle my vehicle was in, which I really appreciate. Today I got the call that my Escape was ready to pick up!! My recent experience at Boyd with production Manager Warren P. and customer service representative Katelyn G. was wonderful. They both went way above and beyond . The work on my car was expert ,as usual, but Warren in his communication with auto PAC re the nature of the damage was hugely helpful. They are both professional, clear and personable. Can't say enough about what a pleasure it is to work with them.
