Matthew greeted me promptly with a smile when I had come in to the Bridgeport location this morning. I needed to get my chip repaired on my windshield. Bill, their glass expert came to assess my windshield and it was good to go. I was told it would take about 20 minutes - I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. Winshield chip filled in and such pleasant service from the Bridgeport team A+++ would definitely recommend to friends and familt

I was promptly greeted by Matthew at the customer service desk at the Bridgeport location as he asked how the Boyd Team could help me today. I told him I needed a chip repaired on my windshield and walked outside toward my car. He got his glass expert, Bill to assess the windshield for repair. Matthew took my car inside to be repaired. After 15 minutes my car came back repaired. I would recommend Boyd to everyone that needed repair on their vehicle. A+++ for pleasant and efficient service! Thanks Matthew and Bill!

I arrived at the appointment time of 12 pm to fix a chip on my windshield. Matthew was prompt and polite: he told me the job should take about 30 minutes. I got myself a Keurig coffee (provided free in the shop) in order to wait out the repairs. Well, it only took 15 minutes - I was truly pleasantly surprised. Highly recommended.

I'm giving feedback in regards to a recent incident claim I made with Boyd through MPI. I wanted to tell you how helpful Boyd was. My car was going in for an accident, a lot of damage was needed to be fixed. Front bumper, front fender, rear fender, suspension. That's what I brought my car in for. A man named Jason was the one helping me out and communicating with me throughout this claim. I can not say enough good things about Jason. He kept me up to date everyday with what was happening to my car, when it will be done, whats next. He called me based on my schedule, was always in a great mood, and tried to make my experience as easy as possible. He was one of the soul reasons my experience was so wonderful. They replaced my drivers door handle for free. They didn't need to. My car was there for awhile so that was their apology. An amazing ... gesture. We had some incidents throughout the process but the whole team at Pembina Boyd was amazing. I recommend them to everyone now, they truly were great. Customer service was great. Repair of key scratches was excellent (someone keyed my car). But that's not why I am writing this review. I would just assume to expect the above. What was great was they must have detailed my car or something, because it was full of door rubs (white rub marks on a my dark grey SUV) and they got rid of them! I assume from a buffing machine or something. I was unable to wash/rub them off myself. Also, the car had some stains from bugs and bird droppings, which I could not wash off, and they got that off too! Overall, the car looked polished and clean all over, not just the repaired area. I had gotten so used to it, I didn't realize how worn the paint has gotten (2008). They must have polished it with a machine. That's not all - I had 2 pre-existing door dings which they also fixed, though the original scope of ... their work was just to fix the scratches (same area). That was the surprised when I got the car back!! Other shops probably would have fixed the scratches and left the dings alone. read more
