It is my first time using Boyd Autobody & Glass (Bridgeport Richmond) for my windshield replacement due to rock chip. The customer service Rep Samantha T. helped my from the beginning. She patiently answered all my questions, claimed insurance on my behlaf and made order of parts. The repair job was done perfectly. On top of that the car is spotlessly clean. Samantha also arranged drop-off and pick-up, so I can be still go to work in the nearby area. Their work and the whole experience make me feel very comfortable and pleasant. I would like to highly recomend the Richmond Bridgeport Boyd shop. Well done!

I just want to say THANK YOU !!! Your customer service was exceptional and my Jeep Compass looks better than ever. I had such an awful morning when i went down to notice my windows had been smashed but between you RBC and Enterprise i couldn't thank you enough for how well you treated and took care of me and my Jeep. Fast , quick amazing service!!! :)You really took care of me i when i needed it the most!!!! When i picked it up yesterday you were all so professional and happy and just made me feel like you really cared about getting me back on my way . The team at this location is amazing! My door handle was very loose and I was worried that it would break off soon, I couldn't take the door panel off so thought it best to bring it in. They fix the handle and no charge! So kind and efficient service, thank you Boyd Autobody!!

Such great service start to finish! After my truck was hit I was able to come in right away and Boyd supplied me with a rental truck under my roadstar coverage with ICBC. The Boyd team was perfect! the staff in the office made the whole ordeal painless, super fast with some good laughs . Boyd will be my go to from now on and I will definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends.

John was so helpful, explaining everything. Corry was so helpful with the paperwork and concerned about my vehicle making it to the mechanic, that she even got Logan to follow me to the shop. The crew even cleaned the inside of my Jeep! I wish the rest of my Jeep looked as good as the repairs that they did on on the back bumper. Amazing job. Thank you sooo much :) Definitely recommend!!

The service received was excellent and the all the staff were very friendly and helpful. All our questions were answered by Dali at the initial consultation regarding our glass claim. The work was completed on time and the car was returned with an extra bonus of a wash which was appreciated. The old "service required" decal was even transferred from our old windshield to our new windshield. This is the kind of attention to detail that wins loyal customers! I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend Boyd to anyone needing car repairs.
