Pleasant voice of Michelle on the phone, clear explanations and estimate by Chris S, use of loaner car (with Boyd ad). Very pleased with the repair and paint match and that the repair job took only 5 days instead of the 9 day estimate. I noted that the labour cost was therefor less than estimated.

I had recently had brand new 2018 chevy cruise get hit by a car and the vehicle suffered significant damage. When I first decided to chose boyd as the body shop to work on the vehicle, I called and was greeted by a man named Brain. Brian is the epitome of what customer satisfaction should be. From when we first spoke on the phone, to having him call me with daily uptakes on my cars repair progress, I always was treated with the upmost respect from Brain. Treated as if I was family. From somebody who works in the hospitality industry personally, his hospitality should not go unrecognized. His daily updates kept me at ease, in what could have been an ambiguous situation. Brain is the gold standard for how these situations SHOULD go. Thank you Brain, and thank you Boyd for being so reliable. Hopefully I don't have to come back for repairs, ... but if I do-Boyd will always be my first choice! read more

In 2008, a rock was thrown at my car and it hit the top of the passenger side door. A few inches down and it would had hit my wife's head. I had it fixed at Boyd Autobody. Ten years later, 2018, the top coat started to peel off. I called Boyd Autobody to find out what could be done, if the work done 10 years ago was still under warranty and to my surprise, it was. They asked me to take the car in for an inspection and then booked an appointment to get it redone. I am very happy with their customer service and would highly recommend anyone who needs Autobody work. Thanks Boyd Autobody.

It was a pleasant experience getting my car repaired at this location. Your Manager, Michael, is extremely personable and friendly and he and his staff are courteous and knowledgeable. On a timely basis. I was always contacted and told at what stage the car was in, the results were perfect and my car looked better than before and they even took the time to get those plastic beams cleaned. I was so impressed and will always recommend Boyd at this location to everyone I speak too about car repairs when the occasion permits.
