I would highly recommend boyd. In 2015 I went there and got my window fixed and unfortunately they dropped the ball by leaving glass in my car and my dog cut her little feet up as I didn't notice it. Fast forward to 2019 I was rear ended and my private insurance place said to go there. I was super nervous to go with very valid reasons. I was blown away by the staff there as it's completely changed management. I was shocked at the fact that it was so easy and fast to get my car fixed. They did a fantastic job and have gone above and beyond. I give you guys a 5 star ??. I'm so grateful that I gave you guys a second chance to show me it was a screw up on one persons part that isn't even there anymore. And that you guys do an amazing job. And go above and beyond thanks again.

10/10 service by Darcy H, Operations Manager. I took the family car in that I had scraped. As a small woman in her 20s I get anxious at automotive centers as I have been taken advantage of before, but my experience as Boyd Autobody in Maple Ridge was exactly the opposite. Everyone was so sweet, we made friendly jokes around about my mishap and even when I gave them a very short time frame for them to do the work, they were unfazed and completed the repair even sooner than I anticipated! I'm so happy with the work on the bumper (and the fact that my dad will never know a thing) but I'm even happier with the level of professionalism and quality of service I was shown. Along with Mr. Howe there was another woman who was equally excellent and so kind and helpful. I think her name was Susan R. I'm going to recommend this location to everyone ... in the future and return there myself. Hopefully not with my parents car next time! Thank you Darcy and Susan, you guys rock! read more

Awesome people to deal with. My work was done fast and professionally. Received a courtesy car which gave me the flexibility to get things done. After I received my vehicle back I broke my holder for the windshield fluid and they fixed it immediately with no charge to me . Great service and great guys to deal with.
