I called at 4:45 on a Wednesday and encouraged to come in first thing in the morning for temporary window covering until parts would arrive. Thursday morning, we found out the parts were at the dealership. At that point I was NOT asked to make an appointment but was put right in to do the job immediately. WOW, were does that happen? Kathy is the best, customer satisfaction is at the top of her list. Its people like her that make a business successful and have a following of repeat customers.

Excellent service - 5 stars awarded. Friendly, respectful staff. Went above the call of duty, such as providing me with a ride. Washed exterior of the vehicle and cleaned the interior. Will most definitely use their services again.
