Finally found my guy, been looking for Miguel for years, he left my neighbourhood shop years ago, I honestly been looking for him for 3 years now. When you find a guy that truly respects your car and treats it like his own. You will use no one else. I had a crack in my brand New Yukon. Was sitting on it because I trusted no one to fix it. Once I found Miguel I booked a appointment and had it fixed in 3 days. That's With ordering in my factory replacement, after other shops told me it could not be done. Thanks Miguel and team. Truly a efficient system they have going

Incredibly grateful to the team at the Lakewood location. We were on a tight timeline to repair paint damage, and they went above and beyond to get the job done quickly. It was less than 48 hours from the time we called to when we picked up our vehicle, and the work was immaculate - you would never guess there had been damage at all! Linda was particularly fantastic, totally understanding of our situation and took the time to explain our options and make sure we were taken care of.

Discovered at 6:30 am that my car had been broken into and passenger window smashed. Phoned the Nairn location a little before eight and was directed to Marion due the specific nature of my problem coupled with the workload currently being experienced at this location. After explaining the situation with Cheryl H at Marion, I was slotted in for immediate service, advised on how to proceed with a police report, what information would be required by Boyd and by the authorities, and damage was thoroughly repaired before 11 am. My grateful thanks to Michael at Nairn for his advice, Cheryl for her diligence, and the entire team at Marion. You are all fantastic!

The staff at this location are absolutely fantastic! My mom's car was vandalized and she was very upset about it. They took the time to listen to her story, show compassion, and give her the assurance that all would be perfect in the end. They came through! The car looks fantastic and she was very pleased. My wife and I went to the US from Jan 26-Feb 07, 2023. We parked our 2022 GMC crew cab truck in a paid, video surveillance hotel parking lot on Wellington Street for the duration of our trip. Upon our return we were shocked to discover our right, rear window had been smashed and our winter jackets and gloves were gone. As we are rural residents 2hrs from Winnipeg the window hole needed to be closed with plastic or similar material. Given that the time was late afternoon we knew finding the help we needed could be a challenge. As we departed down route 90 we noticed a Boyd Autobody shop on our right. I stopped in and was greeted by a friendly gentleman that listened my problem. A lady behind him at a desk overheard and came up to the counter and quickly suggested they could help. It was my very first experience in Canada with an auto body company. I bought my car recently and went to this place to fix my registration plates. They offered an impressive service and I did not have to wait for a long time. The front desk associate took care of everything and they did not charge me for the service. I was so impressed and highly recommending this location for all your auto body works.

Mike and team provide excellent customer services that I trust. I went there recently to have a broken windshield replaced for a Honda minivan. The team was able to get the part ordered and job well done sooner than I expected. They even went extra step to have adjusted a door that is not closing properly. What a caring and skilled team there! This is probably why I have been going there for years.

Had two of the door weather seals detach after washing vehicle. As it's minus 22 Celsius and I don't have a heated space, I went to Boyd on Pembina, Winnipeg to see if they could fix. After a cordial greeting, the attendant suggested he would take the vehicle in and have a technician look at it. About 10 minutes later it was reinstalled with no charge! What great treatment for a senior at this time of year who also happened to be on a tight time frame. Very impressed with the professional, business like manner in which they dealt with me. Jeremy A. and the staff were instrumental in getting you a five-star rating when I had my vehicle in for repair a couple of weeks ago, and Jeremy just earned you another excellent rating today. A piece of trim, probably not even associated with the work that was done, happened to come loose a couple of days ago. Jeremy not only took it into the shop and popped it back in place himself, but he also noticed that my tire pressure warning light was on and checked the pressure in all the tires to make sure it was to manufacturer's standards as well. In future, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else if I need any work done.
