My experience was great from start to finish. All staff encountered, particularly Brian, were welcoming, informative, attentive and gracious. The customer service at this particular location is exceptional. My repairs were completed earlier than expected and my vehicle looks good as new. I would recommend this location to anyone in need of vehicle repairs. An excellent experience.

Had a great experience with Boyd. Staff were very friendly and accomodating, repairs were done in a timely manner, and received a courtesy car! I highly recommend them, and will definitely be returning for any future repairs.

Hi a part from the gas tank fell off my car and I popped into the Henderson location.. Greeted by the nicest staff and were so helpful. Teresa at the front was the warmest kindest lady that was so welcoming and made me feel like family and David put the part for me back on and he ended up staying after his shift to finish it for me and was so polite and did such a fantastic job that you can not even tell that it was missing from the car just minutes before. I can not say enough good things about the quality of the work and the quality of the people. Just want to thank them so very much again.. I am extremely happy it is fixed and left with a Big Smile...

Our truck window was smashed after hitting a bird on Hwy 1 near Winnipeg. While waiting (over 4 hours) for CAA help, we contacted Boyd's and spoke to Brittany. She was able to order the new window before we got there. We were worried we would not be able to get the truck to the shop by 6. We contacted Boyd's to let them know the towing truck was on the way. Teresa stayed late to meet us and was very helpful getting the truck into the shop and the work order started. The truck was ready by noon the next day and we continued our journey. Thanks Boyd's your service (and thoughtful employee's) was much appreciated !

Friendly and professional service. Kept us informed of the progress on the car with several phone calls. Let us know about the lower cost of using MPI insurance rather than the car rental company insurance to lower the deductible on the rental car. Made it very clear that we would need to pay our deductible before picking up the car as MPI had not yet determined liability. We would use Boyd again in the future.

I shamefully brought my car in filthy and not expecting it to be cleaned for me. I was thrilled. Moon K. was the rep who processed my claim. The detailer was Don P. I was greeted each time I went in very well. I will for sure be bringing my vehicle for any required service to this location. I would also recommend this location to others. Thank you

My 17 year old son backed into a snowbank recently putting a pretty good dent on the fibreglass bumper of our Honda Civic. I took it into Boyd to get an estimate to have it popped out and was very pleasantly surprised to have them offer to do it free of charge whenever I would like to drop it by. The next week I took it in, and as promised, within 1/2 hour the dent was gone. Very pleasant friendly people to deal with! I will continue to take my business to Boyd!

I was very happy with my service. Moon Goo K. explained everything to me and was very pleasant. The technician, Mitch K. did a super job on replacing my windshield and noticed wiper blades in my front seat. He offered to put them on for me and I was super grateful being a woman who has to do everything now that my husband suffered a stroke and used to do the things that needed to be done on the car. Brian W. was very helpful and just a nice guy and smiled a lot. Kootoes to everyone at Boyds on Scurfield. Oh and I even got to see the color of my car because it was washed. Thanks so much

I am not good at English, but I can meet one staff (MOONGU K.) who speak same language in shop. I could be explained everything by him with same language . It made me so comfortable and credit to shop. And all staffs are so kind and smiling. thanks.
