MB - 1462 Regent Ave W, Winnipeg - 11/1/17

I brought my vehicle in for a vandalism claim, my front windshield was scratched up on the drivers side, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, they processed my claim in a timely manner and the repair was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this Boyd location to my friends and family.

I needed to have my windshield replaced and chose to work with Boyd. Teresa was absolutely amazing. She was pleasant, professional, and took the time to explain the whole process to me. I had an appointment within a couple of days and they did an excellent job. I was very impressed with their service and would recommend Boyd to anyone needing glass or collision repairs.

The employee responsable for repair estimate and the one who talked to me when I returned the courtesy car and picked up mine are kind and helpful. I'm giving feedback in regards to a recent incident claim I made with Boyd through MPI. I wanted to tell you how helpful Boyd was. My car was going in for an accident, a lot of damage was needed to be fixed. Front bumper, front fender, rear fender, suspension. That's what I brought my car in for. A man named Jason was the one helping me out and communicating with me throughout this claim. I can not say enough good things about Jason. He kept me up to date everyday with what was happening to my car, when it will be done, whats next. He called me based on my schedule, was always in a great mood, and tried to make my experience as easy as possible. He was one of the soul reasons my experience was so wonderful. They replaced my drivers door handle for free. They didn't need to. My car was there for awhile so that was their apology. An amazing ... gesture. We had some incidents throughout the process but the whole team at Pembina Boyd was amazing. I recommend them to everyone now, they truly were great. I worked a 12 hour night shift and walked to my car to find it was broken into. Along with the car damage my purse and wallet was also stolen. Needless to say I was not having a good morning! I went to Boyd on Henderson and was greeted by Teresa S., customer service representative, who was very understanding and supportive. She made me feel heard and walked me through what I needed to do. She was empathic and exactly the kind of person I needed at that time. Another gentleman named Michael helped me and was also very nice. I have not had the autobody or glass work at this time but I wanted to applaud the customer service.Thank you!

The plan was to leave on vacation in the morning. But thanks to an active grandchild, the mirror was knocked off the windshield of our 25 year old VW camper van several days ago. I just happened to be cycling by Boyd Autobody and Glass on Pembina and decided to check them out. As I entered, a staff member immediately asked how he could help. I stated my problem, and was instructed to bring in the vehicle. Within a few minutes I was back at Boyd's with the vehicle, and the young lady at the front desk asked for the keys. She hopped in the van, drove it into a bay, and it was being attended to within minutes. No waiting, whatsoever! It then dawned on me that I should ask for a ball park figure of the cost of repairs. To be honest, I was taken aback, but not in the way I had expected. "No charge', Jeremy said. "Just give us a few ... minutes." This was all less than an hour ago, and the vehicle is now sitting on the driveway, being prepped for tomorrow's departure, rearview mirror in place. My sincerest thanks to Jeremy, Mike, and the front desk for such prompt, friendly, and helpful service! You are appreciated. read more
