I always take my cars for collision repairs to the Scurfield location. They complete the job on time. They also offer you an courtesy car. In addition they provide you with updates for the repairs. Easy, no hassle. Excellent customer service.

I went to Boyd to get a repair done for a hard plastic side-panel that was about to fall off my Dodge Caravan. The staff performed a quick fix while I waited, and did not charge me anything for the repair. I was quite impressed.

The team at this location is amazing! My door handle was very loose and I was worried that it would break off soon, I couldn't take the door panel off so thought it best to bring it in. They fix the handle and no charge! So kind and efficient service, thank you Boyd Autobody!!

They were very informative and kept me in the loop regarding the status of my vehicle. I was visiting Winnipeg when a very strong gust of wind almost flipped my driver side door out of hinges. That caused the bent in the car's door frame. It would not close properly. Ouch! Well, the good specialists at Boyd's saved the day. They not only fixed the problem quickly, they did not charge a penny! Thank you assistent manager Jeremy and manager Sam for your kind help from a west coast traveler Arek??

When it comes to customer service we discovered a jem in Brandon at Boyd Auto Body. Breanne and Bev are incredible we were kept up to date on all aspects of our vehicle repair and rental vehicle. We have never been treated with such professionalism for a long time. And the work on the vehicle was first class. We would recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body repair.

Customer service is second to none. From office staff to the collision department I was kept informed on a daily basis with the status of the repair. They worked with me at a very reasonable cost to repair some additional work that I requested. At the end of the day, the MPI repair actually came in less than the MPI quote! Way yo go, Boyd!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The service I received from Miguel on Thursday Feb 15, 2018 was probably some of the best service I have ever received. I brought my car there after an extremely awful experience at Canadian Tire and he treated me with such compassion and respect, I was completely blown away. He fixed the mess they made and charged me a fraction of what they were going to charge me to fix my window. He was honest with me and didn't try to take advantage of me like Canadian Tire tried to. This will be a story that I will tell anyone that will listen. Thank you again Miguel. I wish all mechanics were just like you.

So great! A slight mix up with a courtesy car, but you fast tracked the work on my vehicle, drove me home and my car was ready at the end of the day. Super friendly staff! AND they cleaned the inside of my vehicle...where my kids had left a dirty slushy winter boot mess!
