Absoultely the best customer service and repair I could ever ask for. They kept me updated on the progess of my repairs. Amrit and his team were professional in every respect. They deserve 10 Stars! They also coordinated my rental with Enterprise who were THE BEST! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of autobody work.

These guys are my heroes. I'm not even kidding, they totally saved me and then went above and beyond after that. Long story short, someone keyed my car and damaged my door lock a couple of years ago. I made the claim right away but then procrastinated on following through with the repairs (for which there is a 2-year time limit if you want it covered by your insurance). I figured I'd have all the time in the world to get it done but then suffered a health condition that took me out for the months leading up to my 2-year deadline. So there's me, trying to find an auto body shop that would take my car in for repair on less than a week's notice. I initially didn't realize how ridiculous of a request that was until I spoke to my insurance provider and then called a large number of other auto body shops. Turns out they all have a 6-week ... waiting list right now. I literally got laughed at when I called some auto body shops to ask if they could take me right away. But Boyd Autobody Richmond was sympathetic to my situation and agreed to take my car right away, despite how busy they are. I was already on cloud 9 and so incredibly grateful when I went in to pick up my car. But little did I know, they still had one surprise left for me. After paying my deductible and getting my keys, I walked out to my car to examine their work. It was perfect. I then jumped in my car, prepared to drive off, when I looked around and saw that my car was immaculately clean. I was shocked. To put this into perspective, my car has not been that clean in years. I have two huskies, both of which shed like you wouldn't believe and love to run through mud, as well as the sand at the beach after getting wet. And then they get in my car. I literally gave up on trying to keep my car clean years ago. And I'm pretty sure there was close to an inch of husky hair than had accumulated on the floor of my back seats, which I tended to ignore because I have a little 2-door BMW so it was hard to get to that area and I never really had to see it anyway. So let's just say, I was convinced my car would never be clean again unless I paid at least $500 for a professional to detail it. I in no way expected Boyd Autobody to clean the inside of my car like that...and BMW certainly doesn't do it whenever I've taken my car in for servicing (not that I can blame them, lol). But Boyd Autobody Richmond went above and beyond on that front. I don't even want to know how many hours it took the poor guy assigned that task to complete it. I was so impressed and grateful that I ran back inside and asked if I could give the guy who cleaned my car a tip. But they, with a smile, said no, it's all good, and they would pass along my thanks. Evan H. and the team provided excellent quality and super fast service. Told me the car should be done within 5 business days and I got a phone call within 2 days saying it was all completed! I couldnt even get there quick enough to grab the car as they were so fast! Professional work done and all the employees are eager and happy to help. I will only be going to BOYD going forward for any car repair needs and will be only recommending them. Thanks you!

Hats off to Amrit, Phenix and the whole staff of Boyd 6th street. Originally I was scheduled in another branch but by mistake I brought my car in 6th street branch. At first we were all confused as they cannot find my booking but still they accepted me. Amrit and Phenix was very welcoming. From day 1 of bringing my car up to the day it was finished (really looked brand new) Phenix didn't fail to update me from time to time. I also highly appreciate Amrit's effort on trying to lessen my deductible although unfortunately it can't be done as per the claim report record of ICBC. Overall 6th street team nailed it. You will never regret having your car fix in this shop with these kind of people, your car is very secured. Thank you Amrit and Phenix and to the staff. Highly recommended. ????
