Michele was pleasant and very helpful throughout the whole process. Setting up the appointment for checking the damage, setting the date for the work to be done and calling me a day before the appointment as a reminder. She also coordinated with the rental company for me to rent a vehicle and made sure I was able to pick it up within my time frame. The work on my bumper was very well done and it looks great. I was very impressed with their service from beginning to finish and would recommend them a 100%.
